1. Service call costs

2. Fault diagnosis

Fault diagnosis 10,000 HUF

Note:

  • The fault diagnosis fee is only charged if the inspection has taken place.

  • In the case of ordering a repair, the fault diagnosis fee will be credited towards the repair fee.

3. Maintenance fees

Note:
The costs of materials and parts used during maintenance are not included in the prices.

4. Heating system cleaning

Machine heating system flushing with a professional washing compressor 15,000 HUF / round / radiator

5. Repair

Repair fees are determined based on a pre-agreed quote in all cases.

6. Warranty commissioning

Warranty commissioning of condensing gas appliances 48,000 HUF
Warranty commissioning of gas convectors (including installation) 48,000 HUF

7. Emergency / weekend surcharge: +50%

The service hours are weekdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

A +50% surcharge applies in the following cases:

  • On weekends for every service call

  • On weekdays after 5:00 PM, outside of business hours

The surcharge applies to the fees of all affected services.

Surcharge calculation example:

  • Base service fee: 5,000 HUF → surcharge: +2,500 HUF

  • Fault diagnosis fee: 10,000 HUF → surcharge: +5,000 HUF

Total surcharge: 7,500 HUF, which will be charged in addition to the base fees.

8. Discount for returning customers

Condition Discount
Maintenance performed in two consecutive years 20%

Conditions of the discount:

  • The customer is entitled to a 20% discount if the service provider performs maintenance in two consecutive years on the given device.

  • The discount becomes valid after the second consecutive maintenance is completed.

  • Eligibility only exists as long as maintenance is performed annually without interruption.

  • If maintenance is missed in a given year, the discount will cease, and two consecutive years will be required to reapply for it.

  • The discount applies to the maintenance fee, as well as to the repair and other service fees ordered thereafter.

  • In the case of warranty commissioning, the discount is not applicable.
